Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. Appian earns its licence cost on processes with real workflow, approvals, audit requirements and system integration. For a simple form or a static internal tool, a lighter build is usually the better answer. The discovery phase exists to reach that conclusion before you have spent a budget.
Yes. We take on version upgrades, migration of legacy workflows onto current patterns, refactoring, and ongoing support for applications already in production. We start by reading what is there before proposing changes to it.
Appian AI Skills for document and email classification, extraction and prediction; GenAI inside process models with prompt design and knowledge bases; AI agents built in Agent Studio for multi-step work with a human handoff; MCP server integration so agents reach your tools through a governed interface; and Doc Center for intelligent document processing. These are capabilities of the platform we build with, applied to your workflows.
It depends on scope, and we quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card that would not survive contact with a real requirement. What we do commit to is that the rate quoted is the rate charged, with no introductory pricing that resets later. Appian platform licensing is separate and paid to Appian directly.
There is no guaranteed response SLA, and we would rather say that than publish a number we cannot hold to on every issue. Live chat and WhatsApp reach real engineers, urgent issues are prioritised over routine ones, and normal queries are usually answered in about 10 to 15 minutes. Availability is limited on Sundays.
