This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for Hostlelo services. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we understand there may be instances where a refund is warranted.

2. Shared Hosting Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Valid for new shared hosting accounts only
  • Must request within first 30 days of service
  • Applies to hosting fees only
  • One-time refund per customer
  • Domain registration fees are deducted if provided free with hosting

3. VPS Hosting Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Valid for new VPS hosting accounts only
  • Must request within first 7 days of service
  • Resource usage will be deducted from refund amount
  • One-time refund per customer
  • Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable

4. Dedicated Server Policy

  • No refunds available on dedicated server plans
  • All dedicated server purchases are final
  • Hardware, setup, and configuration fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly services are non-refundable once activated

5. Non-Refundable Services & Products

Domain Names

  • Domain registrations are non-refundable
  • Domain transfers are non-refundable
  • Domain renewals are non-refundable

Licenses & Software

  • Control panel licenses (cPanel, DirectAdmin, etc.)
  • Operating system licenses
  • Software licenses (WordPress plugins, themes)
  • SSL certificates
  • Security software licenses
  • Email service licenses
  • Website builder licenses
  • Any third-party software or services

Additional Services

  • Setup fees
  • Migration services
  • Installation services
  • Administrative fees
  • Custom development work
  • Technical support services

6. Service Termination & Violations

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • SPAM policy violations
  • Security violations
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Chargebacks

7. How to Request a Refund

Process

  • Log into your client area
  • Submit a support ticket requesting cancellation
  • Include your reason for cancellation
  • Provide any relevant information

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Returned to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear
