Each VPS lives in a single region, but you can spin up separate instances across our 9 regions and connect them. That is ideal for putting points of presence close to users in different parts of the world.

You choose the operating system when you order, and with full root access you can install and configure anything you need. For the current list of images, ask our engineers on live chat.

Yes. You can upgrade to a larger plan as you grow. Ask our engineers on live chat before you upgrade, and they will tell you what the move involves for your server.

A 99.9% uptime SLA. That is the figure we contractually commit to in the Terms of Service, not an inflated marketing number.

Cloud VPS purchases are final. Once the server is activated there is no money-back guarantee. The exact terms for every product are documented in the Refund Policy.

There is no fixed response time, because it depends on the issue. Live chat and WhatsApp reach real engineers, and normal queries are usually answered in about 10–15 minutes (limited on Sundays). Urgent problems are prioritised.
